John S. Joyce
Chief Executive Officer

John Joyce is the CEO of Special Operations International, Inc. He has held positions in both the United States Military and Law Enforcement agencies spanning a twenty five year period. His career started in the US Army Special Operations, with the 1st Special Forces Group then transitioned into civilian Law Enforcement where he spent ten years as a Police Officer. He is the Master Chief Instructor of Combative Concepts International and Chief Executive Officer of Special Operations International. He has published Law Enforcement doctrine on training and procedures for Defensive Tactics and Arrest Control Procedures. He is a licensed Private Investigator and Private Patrol Operator.

Jose J. Padilla
President

Jose Padilla is the President of Special Operations International, Inc. Jose's career began in Law Enforcement in Southern California and transitioned into the private sector. Jose has held management positions in some of the largest security and investigative companies in California, giving him over fifteen years of extensive experience. Jose has been instrumental in developing Loss Prevention programs and more recently the Organized Retail Crime division of Special Operations.
